Wood Processing System™
WPS specialized in the support of processing pallet from the choices of raw material steps (square log or raw plank) and methods of doing (own process or outsource).
This system enable the management to have a good control on the whole business process without having to be present in the field as this system is running on a web base (asp.net) using SQL Server to support the database. The system starts from recognizing the Receive of delivery from vendor and system would automatically supplies sticking form, calculation of payment to sticking staff as well as the Tally Sheet which usually time consuming if done manually. WPS allows user to jump about the process, either to continue with the process of: KD (Klin Dry/Ovening), Double Planner Machine, Cross Cut or Molding. User is free to add in any machine of the same activities at each process. WPS facilitates the assembly section to formulate and update inventories used and assembled.
